These Terms of Service govern your use of the Optimazz WordPress plugin, Optimazz Pro licenses, and the Optimazz website. By downloading, installing, or using the Optimazz plugin, or by purchasing an Optimazz Pro license, you agree to these terms.
The core Optimazz plugin is free to use on any number of WordPress websites and is distributed under the GPL license standard applicable to WordPress plugins.
There is no requirement to purchase or upgrade to Optimazz Pro to use the free version of the plugin.
Optimazz Pro licenses are available based on the number of websites covered:

Each Pro license is valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless renewed.
An active license provides access to Pro features, product updates, and support during the license term. A license may only be used on the number of websites included in the purchased plan. Using a license on more sites than permitted by the selected plan is not allowed.
All Optimazz Pro purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact sales@optimazz.com within 14 days of the original purchase date to request a full refund. No specific reason is required.
You agree to use Optimazz and its Pro licensing system in accordance with these terms.
You may not:
Redistribute or resell an Optimazz Pro license key.
Share a Pro license key with websites beyond the number covered by your license.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or remove license verification mechanisms.
Reverse-engineer the plugin for the purpose of removing license restrictions or checks.
Use Optimazz Pro features through an unauthorized or improperly shared license.
Optimazz is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with commonly used WordPress versions, themes, plugins, hosting environments, and configurations. However, we cannot guarantee that Optimazz will work correctly with every WordPress setup or third-party product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Optimazz, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability relating to a paid Optimazz Pro license will not exceed the amount you paid for that license.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to Optimazz, our services, or applicable requirements.
When we make material changes, the updated version will be published on this page along with the applicable Last Updated date.
Your continued use of Optimazz after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
