When you download the free plugin, we do not require an account or collect any personal information. When you purchase Pro, we collect the email address and payment details needed to process the order and issue a license key, handled through our payment processor.
If you contact support, we keep the email address and message content you send us so we can respond and track the conversation.
The Optimazz plugin does not phone home usage analytics by default. License validation for Pro checks your license key against our servers periodically to confirm it is active; no other site data is transmitted.
This site uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality, such as remembering a pricing tier selection. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We use the data described above to deliver the product you purchased, respond to support requests, and send license or billing notices. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
We retain purchase and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting requirements. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting privacy@optimazz.com.
